Finding a Location

You may have a good idea of where you would like to live, but may not have a building location. PCG has extensive dealings with various real estate professionals and may be able to assist you in pin pointing a suitable location.

Once you have selected the right location you are well on your way to your custom dream home.

Planning Your Home

This can be one of the most exciting parts of the custom home process. Designing the perfect custom home!! Just like the way you wanted it.

We will refer you to one of our Design professionals to begin the planning process. During this time, you will have various discussions with PCG staff and your Design professional in designing the right custom home for you.

Developing a Budget

At PCG Custom Homes we understand the importance of prudent financial management, after all this is likely one of the largest investments you and your family will make.

We suggest that you speak with your financial institution and discuss possible borrowing capacity. The management team at PCG has extensive experience and contacts in the new home construction financing field. If you require assistance or would like to speak with a qualified mortgage consultant we would be happy to recommend someone.

Throughout the planning process, we will keep you abreast of the general costs of constructing your new custom  home. Upon completion of your plans, we will arrange a meeting with you to discuss the various construction specifications and finishing details. At that time, we will work with you to develop a realistic construction budget.

Getting Started

You have chosen a location, you are happy with your plans, your financing is in place. Now what?

Once you are happy with your construction drawings, PCG Custom Homes will arrange a pre-construction meeting with you. At this point we will go through some administrative matters and a time line for making selections for the finishing details of your new home.

At this point PCG Custom Homes will begin the construction process. Begins with applying for a building permit throughout to final completion of your custom home. Throughout the construction period, we will keep you on a line of the timeline and assist you in any manner possible through the finishing materials selection process. We have developed a detailed selection system that will assist you in making the right choices for your home.
